The Story

Third House didn't start in a boardroom. It started on the road.
In 2019, our founder was hired as a delivery associate in the Dallas-Fort Worth area — loading up and running routes just like the managers and drivers we now support. Over the next few years, every promotion brought a new layer of understanding: Lead Driver, Operations Lead, HR Manager. From coaching new DAs on their first day to closing up operations at night, to sitting across from drivers helping them work through personal goals — the entire lifecycle of a DSP operation became familiar territory.
That hands-on experience led to something unexpected. Eight other DSPs were just getting started and needed help — hiring associates, training managers, building the basics from the ground up. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, a love for the administrative side took hold. The part that keeps drivers paid on time, keeps the operation compliant, and keeps owners from drowning in paperwork at midnight.
In 2023, Third House Management was founded with one goal: to give DSP owners a real back office — one that actually understands their world.

What Sets Us Apart

We are not a general payroll company that added DSPs to their client list. We have hired delivery associates, held stand-ups, communicated with Amazon warehouse teams, planned rescues to keep routes on track, and built HR systems from scratch for operations across Texas, New York, California, and the Midwest.
We know the workflow. We know what an Amazon audit actually looks like. We know what it feels like when a driver calls out at 6am and a manager is already overwhelmed before the day starts.
